ArtSense Forum Agreement
1. Communication
a) All communications within the ArtSense forums are public communications and should be considered as such by users of the forum.
b) The opinions expressed by the users of the forums are entirely their own and do not necessarily reflect the opinions of ArtSense.
c) ArtSense reserves the right to remove any messages without notice, and the right to ban or limit the functionality any user accounts without notice.
d) The communication areas of ArtSense shall be used for lawful purposes only. No material shall be posted on or transmitted using ArtSense forums which:
violates or infringes in any way the rights of others, which is unlawful, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, vulgar, obscene, profane, indecent, which insights criminal conduct, or is in any other way irrationally objectionable.
2. Content
a) ArtSense is not responsible for the reliability or accuracy of information posted on the forums by individuals.
b) The forum is provided as a means of communication for ArtSense fans as well as any others who are willing to follow the regulations of use laid down by the administrators of this forum.
Thus content which is deemed by the moderators as unsuitable, threatening or otherwise not in the spirit of ArtSense as an organisation, may be removed at the discretion of the moderators. (This is non-negotiable and necessary in order to maintain a safe, non-threatening environment for communication.)
3. Personal Information
a) ArtSense discourages users from disclosing personal information on the forums.
b) ArtSense cannot be held responsible or liable for the use of any information that users provide within this forum.
c) It is recommended that you DO NOT disclose on this forum information such as: Postal addresses, Phone numbers, Bank details, Credit card numbers, etc.
d) Any users posting any e-mail addresses or other personal or business information other than their own on the forum will be held responsible for their actions and their consequences.
e) Those users may be criminally liable for posting other individual¨s personal information.
4. Spam
a) ArtSense forum is not to be used to distribute ＾spam￣ to others.
b) This term includes identical and/or irrelevant submissions and those posted repeatedly on the same or multiple message boards or forums.
c) ArtSense may ban any user, at any time, without notice for posting what is deemed by the moderators as being ＾spam￣, or for posting otherwise unwelcome messages.
5. Advertising
a) Advertising and promotional statements are not permitted in ArtSense forums.
b) ArtSense moderators reserve the right to remove any posts breaching this or containing links to other sites.
c) ArtSense is not responsible for the content of any site that is linked to from within the forum and its message boards.
General Agreement
You agree, through your use of this ArtSense forum, that you will not post any material which is false, defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, or otherwise in violation of ANY law. This is not only humorous, but legal actions can be taken against you. You also agree not to post any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by you or you have consent from the owner of the copyrighted material. Spam, flooding, advertisements, chain letters, pyramid schemes, and solicitations are also inappropriate to this ArtSense forum.
Note that it is impossible for us to confirm the validity of posts on this ArtSense forum. Please remember that we do not actively monitor the posted messages and are not responsible for their content. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any information presented. The messages express the views of the author, not necessarily the views of this ArtSense forum. Anyone who feels that a posted message is objectionable is encouraged to notify an administrator of this forum immediately. We have the rights to remove objectionable content, within a reasonable time frame, if we determine that removal is necessary. This is a manual process, however, so please realize that we may not be able to remove or edit particular messages immediately. This policy goes for member profile information as well.
You remain solely responsible for the content of your messages, and you agree to indemnify and hold harmless this forum, and any related websites to this forum. We at this ArtSense forum also reserve the right to reveal your identity (or any information we have about you) in the event of a complaint or legal action arising from any information posted by you.
You have the ability, as you register, to choose your username. We advise that you keep the name appropriate. With this user account you are about to register, you agree to never give your password out to another member, for your protection and for validity reasons. You also agree to NEVER use another member's account to post messages or browse this forum.
After you register and log into this ArtSense forum, you can fill out a detailed profile. It is your responsibility to present clean and accurate information. Any information we deem inaccurate or vulgar will be removed.
Please note that with each post, your IP address is recorded, in the event that you need to be banned from this ArtSene forum or your ISP contacted. This will only happen in the event of a major violation of this agreement.
